Advertisers will be invoiced in advance of or on the first day of the contract period. Payment is to be made in full prior to advertising being published. If an invoice is issued while advertising is active (such as for a renewal) payment must be made within 14 days after which time any such advertisements will be removed if full payment is not received. NeedaSolicitor.com reserves the right to suspend the advertising of such advertisers until payment is received in full. Any invoice outstanding beyond the due date may be referred to a debt collection company. Any surcharges and legal fees resulting in this are to be borne by the advertiser. Advertising will be published on receipt payment. A signed contract or email confirmation can be considered as acceptance of Need A Solicitor.Com Ltd Terms of Use.

16. Cancellation Policy . Advertising may be cancelled by an advertiser without incurring any charges providing 7 days notice is given before the scheduled start date of the contract. Advertising may not be cancelled once the contract has started, and must run to the contracted end date.
