Victim Support Scotland is the lead voluntary organisation in Scotland helping people affected by crime. It provides emotional support, practical help and essential information to victims, witnesses and others affected by crime. The service is free, confidential and is provided by volunteers through a network of community based victim and youth justice services and court based witness services.

Rape Crisis
Rape Crisis Scotland (RCS) is the national office for the rape crisis movement in Scotland. The Rape Crisis Scotland National Helpline provides crisis support for anyone in Scotland affected by sexual violence at any time in their lives.

Domestic Violence Victims - Women and Children (Scottish Womans Aid)
Scottish Women's Aid is the lead organisation in Scotland working towards the prevention of domestic abuse. We play a vital role campaigning and lobbying for effective responses to domestic abuse.
An important aspect of our work is ensuring that women and children with experience of domestic abuse get the services they need, both from local Women’s Aid groups and from the agencies they are likely to contact.

Domestic Violence Victims - Women & Children (Refuge)
Refuge believe that every woman and child experiencing domestic violence has different needs and there is no single package of services to meet those needs.
Refuge offers a range of services which gives women and children access to professional support whatever their situation.

Domestic Violence Victims - Men (AMIS)
Men In Scotland (MIS) was initially set up as a blog and forum to accompany our ePetition to the Scottish Parliament on male victims of domestic abuse. Abused Men In Scotland (AMIS) has been set up to provide information and support for men in Scotland who experience domestic abuse or violence and anyone willing to help.

National Centre for Domestic Violence - Men & Woman
The National Centre for Domestic Violence (NCDV) provides a free, fast emergency service to survivors of domestic violence regardless of their financial circumstances, race, gender or sexual orientation.

Emotional Support
Samaritans is a confidential emotional support service for anyone in the UK and Ireland. The service is available 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which may lead to suicide. 

Financial Fraud Action UK is the name under which the financial services industry co-ordinates its activity on fraud prevention, representing a united front against financial fraud and its effects.
Financial Fraud Action UK works in partnership with The UK Cards Association on industry initiatives to prevent fraud on credit and debit cards, with the Fraud Control Steering Group on non-cards fraud matters and the Cheque and Credit Clearing Company on credit clearing and cheque fraud.
